This place used to be great. Sadly their affordable selections continue to dwindle and is just becoming too expensive. Going to move on for a while and hopefully they become more affordable. I can see I'm not the only one with this issue.
I’ve been coming here long before Erba even existed, and most of the staff are always friendly and respectful. But Jessica is by far the worst budtender I’ve ever dealt with. She was rude, unprofessional, and completely judgmental. She was the one who actually mistook the sides of the display, yet instead of owning it or helping me, she looked at me and said in a harsh, judgmental voice: “You smoked already, I can tell!” That comment was out of line and totally inappropriate for someone working in customer service.
