This is my go to clutch Erba after going to almost every single shop that they have. This location has been there forever too…Even before it was Erba. Over The years I have gone there off and on, and I would say that they consistently provide a good service and consistently have a good selection. I was helped by Brenda she was amazing but I wanted to return something and the manger Brianna came full of herself arrogant and rude. I would never step in this store with this behaviour of the round manger. She’s really miserable
Britta and the staff were so helpful and amazing when I had a defective vape pen it rarely happens, but they really took care of me and I’ll keep coming back to them on a regular basis. Love this place.
Im honestly done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. This is the third time I've walked all the way here to pay with credit, only to be told the credit terminal is down again. At a California dispensary in 2025, that's not an inconvenience - thats just incompetence. If you can't keep can't keep your payment system functioning, stop advertising that you take credit. I only come to this place because it’s close to my house. The prices here are absolutely sky high. I would recommend going to another place where they have tax included in the bud tenders don’t show visible irritation when you don’t tip. What are you doing? Why would I give you a 15% tip for grabbing a product for me? Never understood that type of mindset. Other than that, the security guards and most budtenders are relatively cool.
