A bunch of Weed Nazi's - they watched the Seinfeld episode with the soup and said let's apply this to the pot we sell. I tried to come in but was told I had a ban from the Venice location and would not be allowed to enter Pico. Reason for the Ban: Erba tried to sell me a 9 month old 1/8th with a broken seal for $92+ after tax. I called out Rose, the manager of the Venice location, for products being sold with broken seals, old cannabis, and not honoring prices. I was helped by Brenda she was amazing but I wanted to return something and the manger Brianna came full of herself arrogant and rude. I would never step in this store with this behaviour of the round manger. She’s really miserable

Britta and the staff were so helpful and amazing when I had a defective vape pen it rarely happens, but they really took care of me and I’ll keep coming back to them on a regular basis. Love this place.
Im honestly done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. This is the third time I've walked all the way here to pay with credit, only to be told the credit terminal is down again. At a California dispensary in 2025, that's not an inconvenience - thats just incompetence. If you can't keep can't keep your payment system functioning, stop advertising that you take credit.
