If you want a complete, thorough, professional home inspection, Max Erb is your guy. As a first time home buyer, Max was open and honest about how big of a purchase it is and the potential issues that could come with purchasing a new home. He explained everything is great detail, answered each question I had, provided a great report that was easy to follow and understand, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Max is friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Patrick Erb did a great job as my home inspector. This home was 40 years old, was a custom/unusual home, and was sizable. Patrick took nearly an entire day to do a very thorough inspection. In, above, and under every nook and cranny. His report was thorough and was praised by all who saw it. When a question arose from the lender, Patrick took time to address it by email, on a Friday night, right before Christmas! You will be pleased with Patrick Erb’s inspection service.
