Very upset and appalled by the quality of service I received. It has been over two months and I am still waiting on a ring that I ordered. I WAS NOTIFIED TWICE THAT MY RING WAS READY AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR. THIS RING WAS FOR MY WEDDING. EVERY TIME I CALL THEY SAY ONE MORE WEEK.
