Once they found out I had two kids she changed her whole tune. I was not even allowed the chance to fill out an app. She said the two bedroom apartments she had for rent would not be a good fit for us. (Family of four). This lady is a scam and prolly bought her Realtor license in echo park. I know the law and my rights and have taken a Fair housing class and I was once in the realestate business myself. She broke many laws and will be reported to fair housing once I have the time to do so.
Worst property managment by Kathy. She mickey-moused a lot of little things that needed to be repaired prior to our move-in in the home we were renting, then when moved out she charged us for everything we have been pointing out to her since weve moved there. She doesnt care and shows it. We were very displeased with this property managment.
