Took my sons application fee and NEVER responded after that.
Absolute shit show of a company. One of their realtors T.D. Burford scammed me and my future roommates out of 45 dollars each. I toured a house and spoke directly to Mr. Burford when I was there. He gave me a card to contact him about getting records of electricity bills so I had a rough estimate of how much it could be monthly. He never answered.
