Shana Magliacano was the agent that represented me on my purchase of a home in King William. I actually bought an auction home which is not like as easy as a normal purchase. Mike is truly the best property manager! He has always been extremely responsive, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I had a question, concern, or needed something taken care of, he was quick to respond and made sure it was handled. I truly appreciate Mike for making my time as a tenant so smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend him to... read more
Mr, Mike Loomis, Is doing an outstanding job managing my property for the last three years I always know when I need to know what’s going on with my property. He’s respond quick to answer questions and if he don’t know the answers he get back to me fast. I really appreciate the Work and Drive that he have to assist me in keeping my property up-to-date and my tenants happy.
Ty Loomis has managed our rental property since 2022. He has done a great job. We have not had a lot of turnover in our tenants but when we did, he had the property refreshed and rented to new tenants in about a month. Great experience overall.
