Avoid Donna Hilderbrand at all costs! she is awful and unprofessional there may be decent people working at ERA shields, but Donna Hilderbrand is not one of them
Had an excellent experience working with Tammy and Gayle here. They're incredibly professional, dedicated and energetic. Despite the uncertainty in the housing market, these ladies helped find the right house and finances that best fit our budget. Couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.
Donna Hilderbrand = inept property manager Worst property manager I have ever dealt with If you are looking to rent or buy a house and she is involved in any form avoid the property It speaks volumes that 90% of the bad reviews left for ERA shields are about Donna Hilderbrand. Its unfortunate for everyone else who works there.
U post rentals but your site is the hardest stupidest thing to navigate and has no rental listings. For a real estate company you do a poor job at making a website... every other competitor in town has a button with rentals on it .... But not yall
Tammy Cockrell and Gayle Caldwell were an excellent team to work with! Not only did they work around our schedule, always available to answer all of our questions, and went above and beyond to find us our perfect first home, they are so sweet and upbeat and made the process easy and they really care about their clients! Definitely recommend them!
