Absolutely appalling service, after being told that the broker on the file went MIA after paying for the valuation, the property valuation was Half of the county tax assessor. This was a terrible experience, Stay far away from this company, and their shady "brokers" doing BPOs.

Called Rod Swiger to inquire about selling my condo. He's a bad combination of dishonest, rude, and clueless. I could tell he didn't know the answers to my questions, and was just saying whatever he needed to make a sale. I took notes, and virtually every answer he gave me a yes too, was wrong. So I checked his reviews and realized he has friends and businesses give him good reviews, in return he will refer them. Do not use this realty. Chris weeks was our realtor . He is a liar. He lied about everything he said. He’s a scam artist. I think he also was hitting on my husband. He lied about the closing date. Then all of a sudden he needed more money from us . I think he was pocketing all the extra money he said we had to pay before we got our keys. Did I mention he was hitting on my husband.
