I called ERA Right Choice looking for a realtor because I was interested in looking for a new residence. I got a recording, which I thought was kinda weird. That was Tuesday June 3rd. As of today, Friday June 6th, no return call. Don't waste your time.
Do not use this company. Absolutely appalling service, after being told that the broker on the file went MIA after paying for the valuation, the property valuation was Half of the county tax assessor. This was a terrible experience, Stay far away from this company, and their shady "brokers" doing BPOs.

Called Rod Swiger to inquire about selling my condo. He's a bad combination of dishonest, rude, and clueless. I could tell he didn't know the answers to my questions, and was just saying whatever he needed to make a sale. I took notes, and virtually every answer he gave me a yes too, was wrong. So I checked his reviews and realized he has friends and businesses give him good reviews, in return he will refer them.
