Would give a zero star review if I could. Checked in to their rental last night for a three night weekend. Only a couple thousand dollars down the hole. Hot water heater is broken and keeps tripping the reset button on the unit. Called last night and the answer was “we’ll send someone in the morning”. Cold showers last night. Cold showers tonight. It was a great experience. The place was very clean and well maintained. It was very well stocked. The children loved it there
I was also a guest in the home LM rented. The description IMPLIES central air. Most intelligent readers will infer this when reading a description that states “AC”. I had the window open and a fan blowing and was still uncomfortable for the entire stay. Change the description to reflect exactly what is available (ie.. portable floor unit for one room & window unit for one room) instead of implying AC is available throughout. Your response to LM was unacceptable.
