I want to take a moment to share how incredibly professional and supportive Resort Real Estate and Rentals has been in their management of our property, especially in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. They have managed our property for the past 4 years and we couldn't be happier. Immediately after the hurricane, they became our eyes and ears since we did not want to burden the area with visitors. Horrible experience!! Made reservations for the winter ski season with RRR. (Note - this was post hurricane Helene. I wanted to 'shop local' due to this) Specifically chose a rental we had stayed in previously due to location near the slopes and accommodations of the rental. RRR called and asked us to find another rental because someone wanted the condo for a long-term rental. They had NO other rentals anywhere close to comparable to what we had chosen. The team at Resort Real Estate and Rentals is so amazing. Service is excellent and they go above and beyond to help their clients have the best of times in the NC mountains. Janet communicates clearly and frequently and Jack always is at the ready to lend a hand. I cannot say enough about their willingness to find solutions that create WOW for their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
This is my management company and they are great. They are local and willing to help with any issue. I highly recommend.
This company are crooks. They lack transparency and treat their customers with disrespect. When asked for a break down of charges they refused to show me invoices. Not to mention when we came to our condo they did not clean the place after collecting a cleaning fee from the previous tenant and kept the money. Any time we asked for any information they simply ignored us. Do not ever use this company for property management. Unprofessional and shady business.
