Horrible place. They will make you feel like you get a place & even have you fill out more applications & charge more fees just to tell you that you aren't approved for their houses. They scam you for the $50 application fee PER house. And instead of emailing the reasons for denial, they will physically mail you why you were denied. Bad business.

Hello I own MJs Landscaping a full service grounds management provider in Hampton roads VA. We were contracted to do several jobs by your agent, Jobs were completed and invoices properly sent out, but 3 months later we have still yet to be paid, and after speaking with the assumed officer manager we won’t be paid until 2 rental accounts have money?!?!
