I would recommend NOT renting from Laura Vansant. She may be a good realtor (I don’t know) but a terrible landlord. She doesn’t take care of her property for her tenants. She told my newly widowed mother that she can cut her, (LAURA’S!) over grown tree that has dead branches and is hanging on my mother’s shed/property making a complete mess! My father took care of it for years before he passed. Laura can sell million dollar homes but can’t take care of her rentals? WoW! Still in shock! Be careful who you’re dealing with!!!
