Would not recommend. They wrongfully deposited my $1700 check days after it was clear that I was not working with them and then I had to call them several times so that they return it. They didn't bother being apologetic when I called about being mistreated and Lynn kept saying it was my fault that my apartment fell through just a few days before my move.... I just closed on a house and Anne Conway, ERA was my buyer's agent. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I purchased a home that is older and needs a lot of work. In those situations, you need a solid buyer's agent to guide you. Anne is an expert in the geographic areas that she covers.
