Stylist Dara- unprofessional/rude and lacking skills in hair/hospitality. One of the most TERRIBLE experiences I have EVER had in a salon with a stylist. I booked in for a consult as well as service. After initially agreeing to do my colour (15 min consult) she then disappeared to “get product” and had me sit waiting for nearly 30-40 minutes to then only return and say VERY smug and rudely that she would not do the service. It was my first visit at Era Hair Studio and my first appointment with Kaitlyn. I absolutely love the balayage she did on my hair. I look forward to my next appointment with her. I highly recommend Kaitlyn.
