Mary Ann the realtor is the worst realtor to work with. Trying to buy a house she is a realtor for and she withholds the keys illegally when the agreement states keys are given to new buyer at closing.
I'm very disappointed Charles Hughes,( the listing agent ) where HIS client, the seller, did NOT comply to the signed sellers agreement and when I wanted a resolution he stated he was just a middleman and pasted my concerns to the seller as a "courtesy" If I could give less than one star I would
