Shawn Raper = accomplished BS artist. Don't be surprised if he makes lots of money with you doing most of the work!
Absolute terrible communication. Imagine getting quick responses in the beginning and then once I paid the application fee and submitted the app, I literally never heard from Shawn again. In fact this was the 19th and I’ve STILL not heard back. Rather I was denied or not doesn’t matter, he could have at least let me know either way.
Good info on rentals
DO NOT work with Marisa Clark. She was the most unhelpful realtor I have worked with. She was great with buying a house but selling a house? She was absolutely horrible. She did not communicate well, I had the same question 10 times before I got answer. All this realtor cares about is how much she is getting paid not her client. Do not recommend at all.
