terrible management company refuses any point of contact with hoas if youre a renter your out of luck cause they dont care

The carpet is extremely poor in our home (original carpet from 2006 build) and my son stepped on an area and cut his foot from the tack strip. We have asked ERA Brokers Property Management to please accommodate and they are slow to respond; when they did, there wasn't even an apology for the injury to my son.
I requested repair for the garbage disposal because it wasn't turning on, and they sent someone completely unqualified. This so-called "handyman" spent a mere minute flipping the switch and then left without any explanation. I even reached out to Jamie Bowman, but she stubbornly refuses to remove the $80 charge for a service that wasn't even performed!
