Exceptional performance and consistency with application process. Natalia was very impressive.
The carpet is extremely poor in our home (original carpet from 2006 build) and my son stepped on an area and cut his foot from the tack strip. We have asked ERA Brokers Property Management to please accommodate and they are slow to respond; when they did, there wasn't even an apology for the injury to my son.
