3 stars for response from management. Otherwise zero stars. Bruce Barnard harassed me unprovoked. He doesn’t know me but was compelled make sexist remarks to me after I made a comment that had nothing to do with Bruce in any capacity. If he acts like that towards strangers, I can’t imagine how he treats anyone he actually knows and is frustrated with. Choose any agent except for Bruce.
Shay was amazing to work with!! We were recently renting and purchased a home during the middle of our lease term, and she put in extra hours and effort to help me find a tenant to take over our lease. The unknowns were obviously stressful, but Shay worked with us and scheduled viewings that lead to us finding someone right after we had moved out! 10/10 experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest rental company.
