This is my third time visiting ERA this year, each with different stylists. The first two times were good, they did a wonderful haircut and color, I was in and out in no time. This third time was different though. This time I met Mayci who greeted me upon arriving and offered me a coffee with such a big smile and welcoming attitude. I’m really disappointed with my experience with Jazz. My appointment was at 12 PM, and even though I arrived early, she didn’t acknowledge me the entire time I was waiting. Another stylist, Fatima, eventually seated me, but I still waited around 40 minutes before Jazz took me—without introducing herself. I had to be the one to say, “Hi Jazz, nice to meet you,” which already set an uncomfortable tone. I had canceled my original appointment because I woke up sick and ended up in the ER that day. I found this salon after a coworker of mine mentioned it, and I am so glad I did! I haven’t had my hair cut professionally in years and Jazmin did a beautiful job giving me a long layered haircut with face framing pieces. She was also super sweet and created such a comfortable environment, highly recommend her!
Alysha cut, toned and styled my hair. Thoroughly pleased and happy to say I would go back in an instant. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. I mentioned wanting to keep most of my length and she kept to that, trimming of the ends, but my length remains. She actually massaged my head during my shampoo and I nearly fell asleep! Highly recommend
Alysha is FABULOUS and such a great stylist ! Had a cut, highlight refresh and tone/color and she KILLED IT ! Great atmosphere and cozy chairs lol 🥰
