Pat Williams experience- seemed to be working with seller to get him the best deal. I was probably too upfront about my situation and highest costs, but she consistently kept telling me the buyer is giving me such a good deal after saying she works with him “all the time (I wonder why). Fittingly, everything ended day before meeting to contract, and at 8:30 got an email with multiple misspelled words stating the buyer had accepted another offer.
