Make recommendations that are medically sound, allow second opinions, and don't get defensive and snitty about them. Do not do procedures without getting authorization from the client, and do not sell products to clients without their authorization. I would never bring a pet to your clinic in the future and have warned everyone we know to stay away from your practice.
We trust Dr. Jones! She has saved our dogs' lives a couple of times now. She is always straight-forward with us. She has always been transparent about costs too, and we feel her pricing is fair, and we could not ask for a better vet to save our babies.
