These people should not be in charge of debt collection. The fact that they can ruin someone's credit without giving people clear access to pay their bill is ridiculous. My wife has been trying to call several times and they will not answer. How are we supposed to pay by mail or phone if they don't give you any information? Going to report this to the Better Business Bureau.
I got a bill following an ER visit that I cannot pay online as the account number sent is not showing in the system. I called numerous times and finally was able to speak to someone who told me I could only pay via check or money order. Who runs this trash? I don't even own checks--it's 2023! I don't even know if they're legit and when asked how I could confirm receipt of payment, I was told I had to call and see if it was received.
