RecommendedI love this place they always take great care of me and my family! Today’s trip was for something in my eye they got me all takin care of.
RecommendedI was very happy with the care I received each time I went to ER QuickCare. However...when I was seen after a MVA I was charged a copay even though I had all my insurance information & told it would be refunded when they were reimbursed. They were paid immediately, however after several phone calls, the promise of a refund being issued & 12+ months later, I'm still waiting.
RecommendedFew weeks ago I went to ErQuick care after sitting at MedExpress for 3 hours, I had enough and went up the road! The two front desk ladies were so kind and polite, I filled out easy paperwork, Matt the nurse brought me back and was so awesome! I waited maybe 25 min to get called and that was including filling my paperwork out! A strept and flu test was performed and he was very kind, professional and kept me at ease! These people are fantastic! After contracting bronchitis, I visited them two times in a two week period and they were very thorough and helped me recover. Dr. JEFF is great!
