I was recommended by Urgent Care to go here on 7/23/20 at 6pm to have a dr. look at my back. I have never been to an ER as a patient and didnt know what to expect. i was extremely confused and the security guard was very rude and wasnt helpful at all. He just shrugged his shoulders and put up his hands like he couldnt be bothered. Glad security is there to allow people to double park in front of the hospital too. Glad he is on top of helping future patients and making sure everyone is following the rules.
RecommendedJust went to ER at the Lakes and other than the fact that it’s an ER it was a terrific experience! I walked in.. went straight to an exam room and the Dr was in the room even before registration was completed! EVERYONE was kind, professional and made it very smooth! No stress, no waiting! HIGHLY recommend ER at the Lakes!
HORRIBLE DOCTOR. My mother went in for a horrible ear infection. The first night the doctor relieved her pain and prescribed her ear drops. The next night my mother went in again because her ear drops weren’t going in & she was in tremendous pain.. after seeing her high blood pressure and increased heart rate due to the pain the doctor simply said “i dont believe you that your ear drops arent going in” WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING HER EAR OUT. I took my son here on the 12th of this month and was out within 30 mins of arriving Dr. Sadeghi and Latasha were amazing with my son

I was in and out in under two hours. Thank you to the nurses Robert, Tony, Valan, Chau and Drs Scherr and Shannon for amazing service! Even though it’s a far drive from where I live, it’s worth it to get this kind of service!
Worst place in Vegas! Provided minimal care, tried to bully me out of 1,000's of extra dollars (pay $1500 on the spot or we'll charge you $13,000 ). They lied about my final bill, and sent the new additional bill immediately to collections without showing or sending the new bill to me first. So my kindey infection cost me over $3,500 for some fluids and antibiotics (doc wasn't in my room for 5 minutes). Go anywhere else. It can't be worse then this
