Wildly disappointed in the staff here - a friend showed up thinking they had been drugged the night before and the staff at this clinic passed it off as them having a panic attack and that was the cause of their problems. They were given lorazepam (when they were already having breathing difficulties) and when asked if they could do a drug panel was told that anything they would’ve been given would’ve been out of their system already. The entire staff is amazing! They all made me feel comfortable. I was treated with respect & all employees were very nice all treatment was explained fully! They also worked quickly! I don't like being sick but love this place!!
When we arrived the staff took care of me right away. I think I may have waited 5 minutes before I was called to the back area and perhaps another 5 minutes before I was being seem by the doctor. The staff were all very professional and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this ER to anyone who needs medical attention.
