The service was very efficient, quick and courteous. Miguel and Nathan worked well together to take care of the dryer vent cleaning. They were very thorough and explained what they were doing throughout the process. This is the second time I've used them and would highly recommend their service, good quality work at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with the results from hiring ER Air to clean out all my air ducts and vents. It had never been done before in my almost 70 year old home with two construction additions and three furnaces! Julio and Nathan were diligent and capable, and they spent nearly seven hours cleaning out construction debris and lots of dust from the 27 airducts. The air in the house is now completely free of any dusty smell. The price was reasonable for all the work they did, and I am so grateful!
We hired ER Air after having problems with our clothes not drying in a brand new dryer. They showed up promptly for our appointment, immediately went to work and completed the job in under an hour. The service personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. We willl definitely use them again and highly recommend them for dryer duct cleaning.
