Nathan and Alfredo came out to clean our duct work. Upon arriving they thoroughly explained what they were doing and answered some questions. After setting up their equipment they got to work going to each register and dryer vent. The before and after photos they showed us were amazing. We will call them out again in a few years to keep our inside air clean. Highly recommend.
My heat wasn’t blowing out properly and within a hr and a half 2 techs were here! Jorge and Julio were here and gave my unit a thorough evaluation. They let me know what the potential cause was and they took the blower out and cleaned it along with cleaning the unit itself! Needless to say they fixed the issue. My family and I now have properly blowing heat in our apartment thats better than what it was!!! I appreciate you both THANK YOOOU

As a Property Management company in Chicago, I can tell you there is only one company I turn to for vent/ductwork cleaning and that is ER Air. They are speedy and super easy to work with, communication and coordination is so vital in this industry and ER Air stands out. The service was very efficient, quick and courteous. Miguel and Nathan worked well together to take care of the dryer vent cleaning. They were very thorough and explained what they were doing throughout the process. This is the second time I've used them and would highly recommend their service, good quality work at a fair price.
