Not impressed at all with this company. They are the managers for the condo group we live at. I have been trying to get an answer regarding if it is okay to have a gas range installed in our unit. A very simple yes or no question that shouldn't require a form. As well, there is an outside light in our parking lot that has never worked. Equium claims that a company is working on this. Equium Group has hands down been the worst management company our corporation has ever engaged within our history. Save yourself the hassle if you are ever looking at them as an option as their tenure has set us back considerably.
My condo was flooded over 3 months ago and my tenants still can not go back to it as there was mold and all the floors have been taken up by their subcontractors.... Have been trying to reach them for weeks to get some answers, left numerous messages, sent emails and no response! Very unacceptable!
My mom , a senior ,owns a condo that they manage. We ,her children, are concerned at the way they treat her .She has been charged for things she has not been responsible for . One of their employees openly discriminated against her .She cannot even pay condo fees as they keep piling on charges for other things .It's frightening for her .They wont communicate with us either.
