If you like to deal with lowballers, then this is the place for you, they start with an offer for your property and if you are desperate enough you will agree to it, once they see that you agree to it then they will change the offer and drop it again and they keep doing it till they make you lose your A$$. It was the worst experience ever they wasted 2 days of my time going back and forth. No business ethics. Stay a way.
