TERRIBLE. I have called the main office 7 times over the last 3 weeks for a simple maintenance question, no one has gotten back to me. They tell me to text a number, still no response. Last year my upstairs toilet broke it took 4 weeks to fix. Beyond ridiculous

They are the worst. Heating broke but we paid for it, they mysteriously "lost" friends deposit, and nothing was ever fixed. They tried to withold my places deposit for over 10 months. Ignored calls, didn't respond to anything. They immediately folded and became two faced and gave in when I got University Housing involved. Don't rent from them if you can. And if you do expect what others have said.

The worst renting experience I have ever experienced in Milwaukee. Had to threaten legal action to get the security deposit back after we were lied to and told it was sent to a non existent address. Toilet didn't function properly for the first 4 months and again threatened legal action to get anyone to even look at it. Our dishwasher also didn't function and it took them 3 months to even get one after which they left in our living room for 2 months in the box. Would put less stars if I could. They didn't fix the appliances before moving in and still haven't. Every time we ask them to do something about it, they say they will "look into it." 10/10 would not rent from again.
