They are an unethical company. They tried to overcharge us $300 after we moved out and when I questioned the charge they put a “delinquent account” mark on my credit report that made my score drop by 100 points! (Even though the charge was completely incorrect.) They refused to correct it and were super slow and unprofessional.
Don’t waste your time here. They’re ghost company you call more then 10 times and leaves a messages and no one answer or call you back beware

Renter beware. I toured a 2 bedroom and was given a particular rate, but the listing was pulled and then re-emerged a day or two later with a $200 per month increase. Rates are subject to constant volatility and the lower rate may be a bait-and-switch tactic to get folks in the door, only to raise prices in the ensuing couple of days.
I Would never recommend any one to stay in a building managed by Equity, they don’t care about you, they will do anything to get more cash even if it disrupts your daily life specially with everyone working from home, it’s even more devastating,. CDC guidance has never been fully followed, no one cares, no masks, no sensitizer, etc residents keep breaking rules, smoking, partying til 4am, yet no one cares because money is more important.
