Raised rent by 10% after one year due to "market rates." Refused to reasonably negotiate.
They are an unethical company. They tried to overcharge us $300 after we moved out and when I questioned the charge they put a “delinquent account” mark on my credit report that made my score drop by 100 points! (Even though the charge was completely incorrect.) They refused to correct it and were super slow and unprofessional.
Don’t waste your time here. They’re ghost company you call more then 10 times and leaves a messages and no one answer or call you back beware

Renter beware. I toured a 2 bedroom and was given a particular rate, but the listing was pulled and then re-emerged a day or two later with a $200 per month increase. Rates are subject to constant volatility and the lower rate may be a bait-and-switch tactic to get folks in the door, only to raise prices in the ensuing couple of days.
