Due to the current travel restrictions/quarantine requirements when traveling to Hawaii, we were forced to cancel our trip which was planned for our daughter's wedding. Once we informed EQUITY RESIDENCES that we were unable to accept their offer to reschedule, and requested a refund, they are now NOT RESPONDING to any correspondence or calls.....specifically TAYLOR KUDELL.
