Working with Peter Chicourid has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered in a real estate transaction. This has been one of the most frustrating, dishonest, and unprofessional experiences we have ever had while trying to purchase a home. Throughout the negotiation process, the seller’s agent, Peter, repeatedly communicated verbal numbers from the seller that we matched in good faith, only for the seller to come back demanding another $20k–$25k after we complied with what we were told would make the deal happen. Peter Chicouris and Kelly Pillon are the worst agents I have ever worked with in my life and would never recommend them to anyone as they are extremely unprofessional. Advertise a home as ready to move in for 20 days and then I do move in and it's not ready to move in? Basically what happened was Peter very happily took my money to move in and handed me the keys but that changed quickly when two days later I put in a maintenance request. Peter Chicouris is just not a good realtor. He is slow to respond, doesn't seem to have a good handle on the market and is somewhat rude. I think there are better real estate agents out there and in my opinion, he is not a good choice.
