Harassing agents. Logan Williams called about a property I previously listed. I told him it wasn't a good time given my profession and the time of year. He asked when a good time would be. I told him, "Never" and hung up. He proceeded to reach out to me and even acknowledged he was "bothering" me.
Not transparent
Comically bad office. I noticed a home on zillow that I'm highly interested in, listed with an agent from Equity Real Estate-Solid (Alejandro Cotelo) and a phone number. I need to move fast on decisions, so I first texted him, then tried calling a day later- no answer and only a generic answering machine with no personal message - no idea if this was the right number. Went to the physical property location, and got a different phone number in front of the house. Tried texting it, calling the next day. This time got answering... read more
Can't even get the house they are selling to come up on their website. Had to go to Zillow to find it! Having a different real estate agent show us the house because they don't respond to anything. Evidently they list, but don't show. ridiculous. They really deserve zero stars. I would never list my home with this agency!
