This business is not about people, it’s about profit. They are unwilling to hear you out, unwilling to properly or kindly communicate, and will charge you unreasonable amounts of money for things that were not your fault. Never trust renting a property from this place. They will take you for every dime.

There is a reason they don’t even have 2 stars. Our experience working with Brittany at Solid Equity was deeply disappointing. After several months of working together, we felt unheard and consistently frustrated by the lack of communication, strategy, and follow-through. Disappointed with our experience with our real estate agent. Want to work with someone who has more experience in our area and better sales and marketing skills. I’ve been trying to talk to someone from the brokerage. Tried phone 3 times yesterday and emailed. So far no response.

Harassing agents. Logan Williams called about a property I previously listed. I told him it wasn't a good time given my profession and the time of year. He asked when a good time would be. I told him, "Never" and hung up. He proceeded to reach out to me and even acknowledged he was "bothering" me.
