Excellent Management I was fortunate enough to work with Equity Management when I was on the HOA Board at my last house. I was very impressed with the company. They were vigilant with our issues and the communication was outstanding!
Horrible Completely unprofessional/unethical. They billed my neighbor for a repair related to her unit, and when the neighbor refused to pay it, they automatically deducted it from MY account. Unreturned phone calls and hidden charges.
Disgusted by this! What an unethical company. Figures with Senator Carona as the owner. I have already paid $217 for a Resale Certificate. Have gotten every story in the world from this company about why it is not ready. Basically they won't send it within 60 days unless you pay extra for an expedited copy. What a scam. I think I walk away from this property deal and lose the earnest money. I do not want to live in a property managed by these folks. Principal Mgmt is a Scam..... You and everyone else need to look up John Corona the owner of Principal Mgmt and Associa. This guy was voted most corrupt politician in Texas by Texas Monthly Mag. I think he also was on the state insurance board. I believe this guy has made a posh living out of price gouging and manipulating the laws and rewriting them too. I would avoid this company and any company associated with them like the plague.
Principal Management Group scams This review is to point to excessive charge from this management company for a resale certificate (from $205 minimum to around $500). [81st Texas Legislature Review. had a bill,.. HB 4148, which would have set resale certificate fee at no more than $50.00 but it did not pass]?

unprofessional Our townhouse complex is managed by this company. The people in this company behave unprofessionally. They misinformed me about important issues. It also takes them months to answer questions.
