Please do not buy a MH in a property owned by this company, ELS. They are slowly but surely screwing over elderly people in most if not all of their properties. They lie, make broken promises, retaliate & target against people who complain, raise rents excessively & refuse to meet with HOA or Rent committees. I lived in Buccaneer Estates, which the Manager, Jennifer, is really a completely cruel individual. I do not get how she can sleep at night. I do believe in KARMA!
