One of their drivers hit my car and they refuse to fix things they say they need proof that things where prfect on my car before the accident horrible company they need shut down
One of their insured drivers hit my car and I called to open a claim. It has been more than a month and they have not closed the claim. Their insured driver was issued a ticket for hitting my car and they state that they have to wait for the drivers statement which they have yet to obtain. The only way you can speak to the agent is by email. This company is very unprofessional.
My son totalled his truck 4 weeks ago..no fault of his. Equity came to the tow yard 4 days later and removed the truck. I really don't understand why because the insurance company had not even made an offer yet and it was still in my sons name. We gave the local agency the title to mail off and they mailed it but now the main office says they never received the title. I had my truck damaged by someone who has equity insurance and they low balled my truck estimate. They gave an estimate of 1400.00 and the cheapest estimate I had was 2800.00 ! Now , they wont return calls from the body shop.
Equity Insurance is a disreputable company that use any and all means to scam customers
This company is a joke. I have been doing personal injury for almost 15 years and I can not understand how this company is in business.
This is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in over thirty years of practicing law. I am stunned they are still in business. Everyone should file a complaint with their state insurance commissioner and put them out of business.
WORST company and experience of my life. Their driver hit our parked cars and the house we are staying in. 3 weeks later, nothing resolved, no replacement carseats, no rental cars, nothing. not to mention during this time I was on bedrest, and had a toddler...ended having my baby while this mess was going on. Its never a good look for a company when they care so little about safety that they won't even replace carseats in a timley manner, let alone a rental car.
