Equity Escrow has been responsible for making my house payments to Chase Bank and US Bank, for over a year, through an agreement with the tenants who are doing a Lease-Option with me for a three year period. Over the past 12 months, at least 8 out of 12 of the payments have been delivered PAST the first of the month, on approximately the 8th, and they are being delivered to the local branches without proper documentation or notes to tell the local branch how to apply the payments. I purchased a piece of property in utah and paid it off 6 months early, these guys can't do bookkeeping to save their lives. Two months after I paid off my property and had title they sent me a bill saying i was two months past due because they failed to zero out their computer system. THIS IS A VERY BIG MISTAKE. Not to mention they printed the Seller's social security number on the statement and sent it to me the buyer! Utah start hiring people that are experienced and pay them!
