UPDATE - FEB 2019 - I am replacing my original negative review of this company with this one. Rick Wheeler's office helped us fix the problem with my dad's IRA (a problem they had a hand in creating). I am moving my rating from a very negative 1 star to a neutral 3 star rating. The loss of a good portion of my principle in a small investment that I had in his company happened many years ago so I won't "ding" them on that at this point.
Through negligence or mishandling, Rick Wheeler lost a good portion of my principle when I had a small investment with him. Through lack of attention to details, an IRA that my dad wanted spread among his kids upon his death did not even get to his kids. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT doing business with this person or this company, Equity Development Corp.
