Terrible oversight on their agents. A Realtor by the name of Tracy Archer called me regarding a property we have for sale. He requested information as we offered owner financing on it. He claims he is a large real estate investor, a luxury home builder yet needs owner financing because he does not want his credit checked, wants to put in a pool and a lanai. Harmony Holt Wedemeyer and Darin Wedemeyer are two faced con artists who believe the ends justify the means. Harmony acting as my realtor before closing on my house suggested her husband replace the electrical box on the house. I was ensured no permit was needed and Harmony worked with the owner of the house to allow her husband to do the work.
