update 2/2/19: my maintenance problems haven't been fixed, my dishwasher is leaking and they constantly overcharge on the rental portal, it's hard to figure out who to contact to actually get thing done Just moved into a property yesterday. You could tell it had been vacant but everything for the most part was clean, outside def needs to be pressure washed but I put in a ticket this morning (it was like 5 other minor things) and maintenance called me a couple hours later.
