Have used them for 10 years. They are knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend them.
Complete scam. Everything they did and said was a complete lie. I have all documentation showing they lied the whole time and still charged me a ridiculous amount of money.
Was trying to payed my property taxes for some reason I got my websites wrong since they are similar from over here in *****. Been trying to get a refund for over 6 months and nobody has try to send it back. Mrs. ***** has been real helpful on giving the messages other people that works there are rude and not trying to help all at. Now the boss is on vacation and cant get my money back until he returns maybe. Will see how long it takes. They only send $800 dollars check when it was supposed to be $3,040.92 dollars. After selling a parcel of tax-exempt church property, the second parcel became taxable. The county placed an exorbitant assessed value on what was basically a useless wierd-shaped parcel. The church filed an appeal, and after meeting with Equitax and discussing the possibilities, the church immediately hired them. Equuitax has always come through for me when I do not feel a property tax assessment is fair. They know how to deal with the county tax assessment appeal. The follow up is great. I have suuccessfuly used Equitax for over 30 years.
