I am afraid for my life renting this unit. I was confronted by a hostile, combative person over a parking spot. I respectfully moved my car. However it was not enough for the man in Unit 6 and was told by him “if I rent the unit next to him we would have problems and it wasn’t going to be pretty” I don’t take threats lightly. This small time property manager (Greg) and his disrespectful sidekick Hannah scammed me out of my deposit. We were renting in Carson City and upon moving in found multiple issues, including a moldy unit. They denied responsibility. When we vacated the property they took my deposit. I found a replacement tenant for them, showed the property and everything. In addition they charged me for a broken AC (we rented in winter and never used it). Hannah Is the Frontman!! We have actually hired two private investigators it is a very shady operation! You can read the other reviews about bullying, skimming people out of their deposits which we can definitely attest to, having paperwork for one tenant but having so much leverage letting other people into others units while occupied, anytime she wants anyone's attention she slaps a notice which she gets $50. Recently had to move down south for work. These guys were diligent in finding someone to fill my previous spot to help with the costs of cutting the lease. Would definitely recommend.
This property management company are scam artists.They bully their tenants. They hire handymen that don't know how to fix issues and leave tenants in hazardous conditions.For example, water leaks that leave mold around toilets and ceilings. Hannah is extremely rude to staff, contractors and tenants. BEWARE
