We have had excellent customer service from this company in our purchase of a sleeper/recliner and rental of equipment. The delivery staff has been top-notch, and the company has been quick to respond to my mom's needs.
I have never had a problem with them. They have been very nice and polite. No place is ever perfect but I feel 5 stars is the right rating.
Other supply facilities were cheaper - and much friendlier. I only write this to warn others to shop elsewhere. Where the staff is friendlier and more concerned with the well being of a potential client. If I could give a 0 or a -5 I would.
They have been wonderful to my parents! Very responsive to any equipment issues - a simple phone call orders supplies or service needed. Very knowledgeable about equipment. Friendly, professional staff. Mom is very happy.
