We have had excellent customer service from this company in our purchase of a sleeper/recliner and rental of equipment. The delivery staff has been top-notch, and the company has been quick to respond to my mom's needs.
They have been wonderful to my parents! Very responsive to any equipment issues - a simple phone call orders supplies or service needed. Very knowledgeable about equipment. Friendly, professional staff. Mom is very happy.

I had a horrible experience with this place. They kept saying the prescription was wrong. After having surgery the last thing I wanted to do was go back and get another prescription wrote. Even after I had the prescription they had to call the insurance company. The insurance company said they covered it but it was ridiculous how long and how many times the insurance company had to say they would cover it. I wish I would have drove the extra few miles to Chambersburg
After 4 visits and 2 months we still do not have the cpap parts we ordered. They no longer carry any parts in the store. Customer service is the worst, and prices are higher than other places. I will never shop here again.
