If I could give less than one… No one ever returns calls. I’ve been managing my own bipap for three or four years now. I need help and I don’t know what to do. I guess I’ll call another equip company. Jerks.

I have an EOB showing the amount I owe is $0. However, I've received a bill twice requesting $35. I would have called the company to discuss this discrepancy, but there is no contact information, other than the return address provided on the bill requesting this alleged amount owed. I suspect insurance fraud, and may advise my insurance company of my suspicion. At best, it's an indication of this company's poor business management.

The person who fitted me with heal cups was nice. He told me insurance sometimes did not pay for these, but they would submit it to my insurance and see. I got a bill and checked to see what my insurance said, there was no indication that these had ever been billed. I called the company and first they had someone from their c-pap division call me back to say they didn't bill for these. I then gave her the story and she sent me to the orthotics division.
