LabX Media Group has been working with many team members of the Equipnet team for almost 15 years, including their executive team. They have always been easy to work with, and communicate clearly about how we can best work together. We look forward to many more years of working with Equipnet.
Truly awful service, they over promise and under deliver. Their communication is poor at best. The equipment was shipped a month after initially promised. They damaged our equipment during packaging and refused to take responsibility. Easily the worst experience we've ever had with an auction company.
