on November 7th i bought $1200 worth of equipment from one of their auctions and hired their logistics department to do the packing and shipping of the items , after waiting for almost 2 months i finally got the shipment but with the wrong unit , for over one month now i am trying to get either my equipment or my money back but equipnet went completely silent , no response to emails whatsoever and phone calls dont get returned , a total nightmare !
