Fernando was very professional very efficient at his job. Very willing to work with our schedule to go view the equipment and the time for us to get there, I would recommend this company to anyone. We had an issue on our way home, travelling with the equipment and they were very professional and dealt with the problem.
This is the second time I am buying equipment from EquipMTL, and both experiences have been very disappointing. The first excavator I purchased from them arrived in Nigeria for my client, but it immediately began leaking oil and the engine was overheating. When I contacted Fernando, the agent who sold it to me, he simply told me that all sales are final and no refund would be given.
