My most recent experience with EquipmentShare was the worst experience I've ever had with an equipment rental company. I've rented equipment for over a decade from numerous different equipment rental companies and the management of EquipmentShare is severely lacking in tact, communication, and honesty. The guys work stupidly. 5 people could not unload the transformer from my trailer with a forklift. The manager is as 'professional' as his employees. Due to the unprofessionalism of the staff and the manager, 2 hours of my time were wasted on work that could have been done in 5 minutes
