The staff here are fantastic! I purchased a zero-turn mower and couldn’t be happier. I asked for a price match, and not only did they match it — they beat the price. Great experience all around!
Horrendous experience with this place. Dropped off a lawn tractor for a basic repair and provided the part which I verified was the correct part for the job. It took just shy of 4 weeks to get this repair done. I called multiple times during this time and was told repeatedly that it was next to be done. Was also told at one point they were waiting on parts when I had to remind them that I had provided the needed parts.
