NEW LOCATION is much larger with a more diverse selection. Ownership is still the same low moral individual's aggressive behavior nasty to there employees with bad attitudes over all.
They need to clone Rick so he can stay at the counter the entire time, he is the only one knowledgeable on Husqvarna products. I will give this place a third shot, seriously clone Rick!
We dropped off my sons zero turn for a simple oil change and spark plug change. We dropped off 1st week in March to avoid any rush. After several calls on status 4 weeks later. Gm finally admitted they lost their mechanic and could not do the job. I said fine I will pick up for my son. When I arrived machine would not run. True Value is a great store and provides incredible customer service. I work at Taunton Forge Liquors right next to this True Value location and our plaza hosted a drive in movie night for local family's. The rental center at True Value was kind enough to donate a cotton candy machine as well as a popcorn machine for the kids to enjoy while they watch Frozen.
