This location has no idea of the meaning customer service. Tried to ask for help but everyone was too busy taking breaks. I will be shopping at Lowe's from now on.
Jose in the plumbing department asked if I needed help, and when I said Yes, he shopped with me to find all of the parts needed to install an economically-minded shower rod, cutting the parts down to size with the machines available to him. He even walked me through the steps I needed to follow and showed me how to understand the vague instructions on the back of a part. He was amazing! Everyone was so helpful. Always have what we're looking for.
Terrible! They had one person there on a Saturday night that could mix paint and he was on his lunch break. The person at the counter already had an upset customer in front of him and we were next. One hour before close and the guy was on break. I understand if he was working overnight stocking shelves, they may want to try training a few more people. Lowes was able to accommodate what we needed in ten minutes. Terrible customer service!!!
Tried calling store 4 times in one hour. Last time it rang for 5 minutes. Frustrated , wanted to buy a blower that deal expired on this day.
Worst experience ever! Messed up our carpet order. Been here for 45 minutes dealing with it with an impatient 5 year old. Shouldn't be this difficult.
Poor service. Terminating my pro account. Not returning
I recently put a $50 deposit down towards blinds. I was supposed to have the estimator call within 24 hrs to set up an appointment to measure. 5 days later, no call. I tried reaching out to the service desk today at 1130 and was promised a call today, didn't happen. Cancelling and shopping with a local store.
