I can't tell if I'm supposed to be scared and stressed out in here because it's Halloween, or this is how this store is actually ran. Not the first time like this, aisles full of garbage, employees running around, clearly undertrained in customer service. My business is located 6 minutes away, but no thanks going to deal with driving to Lowe's than deal with this cluster here. Jasmin, my cashier was the only saving grace.

The customer service is terrible, the attitudes are even worse
We ordered appliances and had delivery confirmed. On the day of delivery, 45 minutes AFTER the assigned time of 4-8PM we received a call to inform us that delivery would not be possible and that the soonest would be in 4 days?!? We had our refrigerator emptied and were prepared and waiting. VERY disappointing.
Don’t expect to pick something up from in store pick up and it actually be there like they said. Terrible customer service at the store. Basically said oh well looks like it’s your problem now.
